Cliff S.Marsh is a recent addition to our organization.  After 20 years in senior financial and operational positions, Cliff decided he wanted the American Dream, “self-employment,” and further, he wanted to help his clients fulfill the American Dream as well.   Most recently, and for the past 3 years, Cliff was the Chief Financial Officer for a highly successful Indian Tribe.  He raised almost $200m in the expansion of gaming facilities, development of a 4-Star hotel, arena, convention center and other resort amenities.  In addition, Cliff was a senior officer or Board member for other Tribal businesses, including a tire recycling plant, a printing company, a billboard company, a museum and a leasing company.

Cliff is a Certified Public Accountant, “CPA” and a licensed real estate agent.  He has resided in AZ for most of the past 15 years.

His prior experience also includes significant due diligence, acquisition analysis and integration, underwriting and management of a variety of businesses in various positions of authority and management.
