I would like to introduce myself.

I have been a business broker for 25+ years in the Valley.  I understand the need for confidentiality.  Over time, my buyers have become my sellers, and my sellers have become my buyers.   My ultimate goal is to satisfy both buyers and sellers by researching the market and making saleable businesses available.  

I use a variety of marketing strategies- advertising through local & national exposure, applicable trade journals, the internet, plus my huge data base of investors and buyers (both local and out of state), gathered over the course of selling businesses in the valley for years. My affiliation with the state’s largest business brokerage association also expands your listing to hundreds of business brokers throughout the state of Arizona.

 I will prepare a business profile and presentation package of pertinent information about the business, including photographs (if desired), financials, copies of leases, summary of past, present and future business performance, evaluation of competition, etc., to command the highest value possible.  I will follow up with prospective buyers without weakening your sales position, assist in the negotiation of price and terms, arrange for financing, organize the escrow process and handle all the paperwork and documents necessary to complete a successful ownership transfer.
