Patte is a licensed real estate broker with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.  Patte is an independent contractor with West USA Realty.  West USA Realty is Arizona’s largest group of independent business brokers that specializes in marketing business opportunities to qualified buyers.  She is a Horizon Member of the Arizona Business Broker’s Association and is currently working towards certification as a Certified Business Intermediary and BBS.  Whether it is time to sell or time to buy, she understands this is a life-changing event. Patte places her client’s interest first and works diligently to produce results. 

Having been a former competitive bodybuilder, Patte’s interests now includes mountain biking and tennis.  Patte resides with her husband in Paradise Valley and Flagstaff and represents sellers and buyers in both the Phoenix Metro Area and Flagstaff, Arizona.
